🔄Refund & Return Policy – Amwaaj  

Here at Amwaaj we aim to provide an exceptional experience with each product purchased. Should you not be completely satisfied, we would like your experience to be as seamless as possible with the help of our Refund & Return Policy.  

1. Returns  

Returns can be made within seven days from the date of delivery.  

Returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging, enclosure, and tags.  

Returns of some goods may not be returned, these include personal care, hygiene goods, or made-to-order goods.  

2. Refunds  

After receiving and examining the returned goods, we will send you an update.  

Resolved refunds will be applied in 7 to 14 working days in the original mode of payment or provided as store credit.  

Refunds for the shipping cost will not be provided, except in the case delivered goods are wrong or defective.  

3. Exchanges  

If you would like to change an item for a different size, color, or product, we ask that you please contact us no later than seven days from the date of delivery.  

Exchanges will be made only if the stock allows.  

4. Damaged or Wrong Items  

If an item you received is either damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible, we ask that this is within two days of delivery.  

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra charge.

6. Important Notes

Unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item is sent out, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We also have the right to refuse the return of any item that is outside the conditions of our policy.
